Squads Space Player Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Squads Space as a player. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required by local law, to create an account. Users under 18 need parental consent.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in Squads Space events complies with regional laws and the applicable game publisher rules.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and should notify Squads Space immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Fair Play
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, match fixing, or using unauthorised software or hardware is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, and targeted abuse violate the Community Guidelines and may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
4. Content & Conduct
- User-generated content—including chat, uploads, and profiles—must adhere to community standards. Offensive or illegal material will be removed.
- Do not impersonate Squads Space staff or other users, and respect organiser rulings unless escalated through official support channels.
5. Data & Privacy
- Squads Space collects and processes personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- You consent to the storage and processing of match history, statistics, and gameplay metadata for ranking and integrity purposes.
- You may request deletion of your account, subject to retention obligations related to competitive integrity or legal requirements.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- Squads Space services are provided “as-is” without warranties. Interruptions or inaccuracies may occur.
- Squads Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site usage or participation in events.
- Squads Space provides tooling to manage tournaments, rosters, and communications only. Registration fees, prize pools, and other monetary transactions are handled entirely by organisers; any payment disputes must be resolved directly with them.
7. Updates to Terms
- Squads Space may revise these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance.
- A version history is maintained at the end of this document. New acceptances will always reference the current version string.
